Welcome to Roskilde Festival

Roskilde Festival 2014 takes place in the period 29 June - 6 July.

Roskilde is non-profit
When you buy a ticket to Roskilde Festival, you're supporting good causes at the same time. Every year we donate all profits in full from Roskilde Festival to humanitarian and cultural purposes.

Regular tent camping is included in your festival ticket.

Roskilde is located just 35 km from Copenhagen. It's easy to get here. You can jump on the train which stops at the festival's very own train station. Roskilde Festival recommends everybody to use public transportation.

It's not allowed to record sound or motion pictures from any concerts or of any performing artists at Roskilde Festival. Laser pointers or the like are not allowed at the festival.

We encourage you to download the 112-app which both calls the Danish emergency service and gives your GPS cordinates to make help get to an accident quicker. More info here

Mobile phones are popular at the festival so please take good care of your things to make sure that nothing gets stolen. Read more here.

+65 years old
This year we raise the age from +60 to +65 years. Roskilde Festival invites all who is +65 years old to visit the festival on Sunday. All you need to do is bring your ID to get free access to the festival Sunday.

Much more practical info to follow
When we're much closer to the festival, we'll publish more detailed practical info, e.g. beer prices, train schedules and much more.
