until Roskilde Festival 2014 - 29 June to 6 July

Saturday 07.07.12 - 22:00 - Apollo

The influential Brit Antony Williams already made a name for himself on the dubstep scene when he collected scalps under the moniker Headhunter. But it's as Addison Groove that he has made his biggest impact on the bass music scene – especially with the unforgettable "Footcrab".

Addison Groove combines naughty Chicago-esque clubbing sounds like juke or ghetto house with British bass and dubstep using cool synth themes, trippy 808 drum machines and looped vocal samples.

You have to possess a backside made of stone to be able to sit still when faced with the result of this genre mash-up.

Label: 50 Weapons / VME

Hyperkinetic bass music with elements of Chicago and Bristol.
Band schedule is ready in May

Roskilde Festival releases the time schedule in May, if everything works out at least somewhat according to plan.

We don’t do it until then to make the best schedule possible for our audience. When we, for various reasons, are forced to make changes late in the process, we have a better chance at putting together a programme that considers both the spreading of genres, the performer's touring plans and safety at the festival.
