DEAD FADER (UK)
Sunday 07.07.13 - 16:00 - Apollo
John Cohen belongs in the darkest corner of electronic music, the place where the pop-interpreters of said genre (none mentioned, none forgotten) are in for a good flogging. Dead Fader’s music contains a dystopian, industrial tonality, which makes it sound like something that just might keep gnawing at your soul after you have returned from the festival longing for a good night’s sleep. Using abstract, distorted club music, noise, infernal volume levels, amputated sound bites and unveiled ugliness Dead Fader creates an energetic, electronic nightmare. Have a recess from the harmonies and choruses of the world.

Band schedule is ready in May
Roskilde Festival releases the time schedule in May, if everything works out at least somewhat according to plan.
We don’t do it until then to make the best schedule possible for our audience. When we, for various reasons, are forced to make changes late in the process, we have a better chance at putting together a programme that considers both the spreading of genres, the performer's touring plans and safety at the festival.
