Is it possible to become an audience favourite, making beautiful compositional music with high ceilings? If you’re Efterklang, it is. They have made audience members all over the world hold their breath back, playing fragile chamber pop with strong nuances and colours. And after Casper Clausen established himself as a lead singer, the solemn music has started to resemble the late works of Talk Talk.

Efterklang has signed with legendary 4AD. The trio from the small island of Als makes its fourth visit as an internationally acclaimed band despite the Danish-sounding band name, meaning reverberation.
