Evergreen tunes on a bed of guitar, bass and drums have thrilled the world since the Beatles took Hamburg as a young band.

Mikal Cronin delivers garage pop songs filled with great melodies and classic songwriting – even if it all is a bit more distorted than when mom and dad were flower children.

Fans of American garage rock will recognise Cronin’s name from The Moonhearts and his collaboration with Ty Segall where the young American has had a great brooding environment for his live-based, raw and melodic songs.

With his debut album, Cronin has started a career based on sweet, psychedelic, sometimes noisy music with the catchy song as objective, means and purpose.

Label: Trouble in Mind / import
