Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Hello there experienced Roskilde-goers! Me and a friend are going to Rosklide for the third time this year. The two previous years we have been in big 20-30 people camps in N and M. We have decided to go just the two of us in a single tent and head for some of the more party-friendly zones, but we have a problem. Due to student graduation parties on saturday we wont be able to arrive at the festival until sometime around saturday night/sunday morning. At this time i expect L to be packed, even if we have just one tiny tent and minimal luggage.

So the question is: Two guys, one tent, want to camp in a partying zone but wont arrive until late late late saturday night. Any advice on where we should head? THANKS!

If you're just two guys in a smallish tent, you're good to go. You'll be able to squeeze in virtually anywhere – just try to make friends with a larger camp to make room for your tent. We've made room in the past years for most people who have asked nicely to move a few tents to squeeze an extra one in.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. We had considered a larger tent bringing two other friends but i think this will be what we're going for! icon_smile.gif
