Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

we used about 8 hours in 2007, and when we dropped some friends of at east entrance, we had some trouble finding west (we drove around in the dark)

really depends. made it in only 6 hours (with waiting for the helsingborg-helsingør ferry)one year, but we left oslo like 4 in the morning so no traffic. have used 14 hours also. a lot of stopping and road work, and stopped to see a footbal match and so on. so it really depends on what you want to make of it.

Thanx. Will probably have to stop along the way, so 8 hours seems right.
Do I drive in to Roskilde city or are there signs that lead you to the festival?
I recon we will arrive at 7-8PM so i don't think it will be dark.

The easiest is to take e20 (E snæs) towards Rødby and the second roskilde exit if you want to get to the west entrance and first if you want to get to east if i remember correctly. At least if you come with the ferry (cheaper than the bridge).

Just stay prepared for a crazy high-speed road from copenhagen to roskilde, four-five lanes going off in every direction.. That shit scared the shit outta me..
