Quick guide for the search

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

H&M Camping vs Regular Camping

I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend and her friend, who are going to Roskilde this year, and have a dilemma on whether they should camp in a regular zone, or at the H&M Reboot camp. I've tried to sit and make a pros cons list with her, but we didn't really get anywhere.

The main problem for them is that the H&M Camping area doesn't open until Wednesday, which means they have to come then, and won't be able to come earlier if they get that psyched Roskilde feeling on the Saturday/Sunday for instance.
On the other hand, they are pretty enthused about the toilets and shower facilities at the H&M camp (girls eh? Bathroom's always gotta be important) and the fact that there is an area that keeps you dry and warm if we get 2007 weather.

So as you can see, there is a bit of a split here. There are some other minor issues too which I won't bother mentioning.

Anybody have any advice that I can pass on to them? Or is there by any chance anyone who is facing the same dilemma?

Thanks!!! icon_cool.gif

Sounds like you want to go earlier, so why don't you?

The H&M area might only open Wednesday but the ticket is valid before that, so combine the best of both worlds. You go before and party till you drop. Then on Wednesday you shower and put on fresh clothes and meet up with your GF and party the more civilized way.

I am going earlier icon_biggrin.gif I'm already going on the Saturday, where I most definitely will party till i drop! And the H&M ticket is not for myself, it's for my GF and her friend, who have decided to have their own camp this year, which is fair enough. BUT, I think we came to a conclusion this morning! They will buy the H&M ticket, but probably come earlier than Wednesday, where they will just crash at my camp.
Anyway, thanks Saturnus for replying!
