Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Is it possible to make a complaint about another camp and does it even help?

After being in line for several hours (like most of you yesterday), we found the dream spot... or so we thought. 10 minutes after having set up camp, 3 gigantic sound speakers rolled in to the camp right in front of us. Now, we don't mind big sound systems at all, but we have a few problems with this besides the volume.

1. The speakers are on the road instead of in the camp.
2. The speakers are turned outwards towards us instead of inwards toward their own camp.

These should be valid points when making a complaint, yes? Is this possible and would it even help?

Try talking to them first and explain nicely how you'd suggest to move the speakers. Reason works with most people, even jocks with outsized stereos. We live near Kilowattgruppen in Agora E, and they've acted very nice with their sound system being the biggest in the area.

I guess we are talking L-U-K?

Weve also just talked with our neighbours, that always worked for my camp icon_smile.gif
