Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Just to clarify, that you really don´t need to belong to any camp. If you´re coming on Thursday and will spend most of the music days with your friends it´s not necessary to belong to any camp. Of course it´s much more fun to have a one or at least I think so (I sort of belonged to one in 2009, oh those happy days.. icon_smile.gif). But you can just pitch your tent and say hi to your neighbourgs, that´s just fine as well.

The good thing about a camp though is you will always have someone to drink with and/or to watch your stuff. That can be important if you are away fro long periods of time. You do not want to get robbed, or at least you want people to be able to see what is going on and stop it. Not tat a lot of people get robbed at Roskilde, but keep your stuff safe and don't bring anything you don't want stolen.

That´s a good choice. Just that there were some first-timers earlier in this forum confused about the camps and should they belong to one. Of course it´s more fun to have people around and to party with. icon_smile.gif Have a good one!! 24 days...
