Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Our camp has a tradition to play Scotland the Brave (4 minute long bagpipe song) every morning.
The first person to wake up has the mandatory duty to put it on the cd-player to officially "open" the camp every morning and wake everyone up icon_lol.gif Unfortunatly it has an tendency to wake up our neighbours too, and for SOME REASON not everybody likes to be woken up by sweet bagpipe music icon_eek.gif

An annoying habit a neighbouring camp had one year, was to play "Boten Anna" every hour at 7 past the hour, it was pretty annoying at first but they we're pretty accurate and you could actually kind of use it as a clock.. and one point they forgot to play it, and we stormed over to remind them of their mistake, had a good laugh and a dance icon_biggrin.gif Still though an incredibly annoying song..

Last year I think we annoyed a few neighbours playing "Vamos Ala Playa" a bit too often.. icon_lol.gif

A camp close to us played Tale Spin and some song called "Hvor er min lighter" all the time!! Was pretty annoying, but when the music started, they didn't play it as often, and we found ourselves sitting and singing it instead =D

Our camp must have been close to that one as well and we have been thinking about killing their ghetto blaster several times. But once the festival was over, we were starting to miss it and nowadays, when I hear the song anywhere, I am reminded of the great festival and start looking forward to the next festival.

Its only four more weeks in the office and then I am back at ROSKILDE!!!!!!

Can't await to be there.

We seem to be misunderstood a lot i our camps...

AS we make A LOT of sarcastic comments to our neighbourghs they always end up, beeing quite, if not angry then, irritated about our innocent sarcastic comments.

Theese comments are such things as; "Dont look at our tents - You will go to hell!" and "Tell us a joke!!! NOW!!!"
Not so dangerous comments by themselves, but the annoying thing is, that is is said almost everytime our neighbourghs walk by - the entire week...

(I kindda understand them icon_smile.gif)

Deleted user I don't think our camp has any annoying habits, but I do. For example, I easily get bored in the toilets. I like to whisper "taste the rainbow" really softly.

Another good opening line while taking a dump is "forgive me father, for I have sinned"

In 08 there was a camp across the road from us who played http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAMuNfs89yE Aux Champs Elysées all frikkin day, and two dudes in that camp seemed to enjoy nudity abit too much, and started playing badminton, sometimes in the nude, and sometimes in their underpants, while the rest of the camp sat and watched, and golfclapping, that song still gives me the willies.

some friends of mine get so drunk that they destroy their camp and move it to another spot, and sometimes some of them are so drunk when they move their stuff that they cant remember where they put up the new camp and end up spending the next day looking for their camp icon_biggrin.gif

same guys usually have a toilet tent in their camp i can tell you the smell eminating from that tent is horrible beyond anything you could ever come across, imagine cooked poo and piss icon_eek.gif once two drunk people came into their camp and asked if they could borrow one of their tents to have sex, they showed them a tent that they could borrow no problem, the tent being in the camp next to them icon_wink.gif

our camp though hasnt got any really annoying habits, respect thy neighbours icon_cool.gif we like to direct the people with bad habits to our friends camp, the camp i mentioned before.

I don't really consider it as annoying as the above but when somebody from our camp disappeared, we started yelling out GRETHE, in fact, we yelled out GRETHE anytime for any reason.
I guess people could find that rather irritating.

Haha, have you got any good answers from neighbours with some sense of humor?

The obvious answer is of course "MAH BOII, this shit is what all true warriors strive for!"

We will sing an old song called "Den Unge Hr. Pedersen". Some of you danes might know it. It is very long, very loud and very vulgar. The song is not anoying itself, but it WILL be anoying when you sing it many, many times a day - which we will icon_wink.gif

The horror.

Hopefully you're not like some tween girl we had the misfortune to live next to one year that listened to Nik & Jay all day, and especially, all night long. And when we put on some good music and cranked it up a bit they had the audacity to complain to us and ask us to turn our music down.

Let's just say they went home sans a boombox that year.
