Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

When will the fence at West go down?

My camp has since 2011 come to Roskilde to the waiting area in the morning to West 2, to get our usual spot at B. Hasn't been any problem since. Although this year it's only one entrance in west and E is fully booked by something called "clean out loud". Will the pressure be extra high this year and will the fence go down earlier, like in the middle of saturday night or really early sunday morning?

Or will the waiting area this year, which is located at the park n' pay be better to hold "early intruders"? I mean, we're 17 000 people queuing to get a spot in West and it would be a shame if we had to live at P or some shit when we come to the waiting area sunday morning. What do you guys think?

I think you all should relax. The area opens on sunday at 18.00 as planned and there's room for everyone.

I wish I could share your opinion but with no spots in E a lot of us want to camp in B or the parts of C that dont suck which are only the very northen parts towards the skate scene.

We usually go to Roskilde in the morning, and we havn't had any problems getting a good spot.

I agree that B and "upper"-C has become far more attractive, because of the change in E.

Dont worry Kuken!

If the fence is going down it wont happen before sunday afternoon. It will rain during the night between sat/sun and most people will join as usual on sunday. Hopefully they've got a plan that will hold the crowd out this time.

I'll text you otherwise! icon_wink.gif

I'm guessing a big chunk of those 17000 are actually people who will stay in E. So there should be just as many left running for B/C as the last few years.
What's wrong with the rest of C? I figured that it's near the SC.

Why would those from Clean Out Loud need an entrance booking though?
Yes it's close to the service center but there are way too many big sound systems playing utter crap.

On their faq:

Skal man have indgangs booking?

No stress? Man, that is so smug.

Exactly as I thought. Those ~17k showing up at entrance west will have to be distributed to mostly B and C, and then some to G as well I guess. And keep in mind that a lot of those ~17k will have people coming to join their camp later in the evening/week meaning that they will take an area big enough for more than ~17k.

Yup... We're 28 people in our camp in total, but only 13 of us will be in the queue.

A lot of the camps in COL is young and want to be there asap. So I think a lot of them will be in the Q - I know a lot was last year
