Quick guide for the search

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

From what I've read I'm pretty excited about this. With both Lykke Li, Peter Björn & John and Miike Snow it can hardly go all wrong. And they have yet to announce all their guests. Looking forward to this icon_biggrin.gif

They played Way Out West in Gothenburg last year. Club though, and i didn't prioritize it. My friends were there and they said it was more of a 7/10 than a 9/10, but I'm really excited to see what they'll do with their show on Orange Stage.

I'm really exited about these new thursday night concerts. Last year Apparatjik and this year the Ingrid project. You don't really know what to expect. You have something to talk about before/after, and potentially we get a different than usual experience. It's nice to see Roskilde experimenting with the festival and the orange stage in this way. I really think it fits well with the orange stage since there's no other concerts.

This is an example of what makes Roskilde unique. The sheer amount and range of possibilities during the festival if you have an open mind. From Ingrid -> Metallica -> Rihanna -> 3D Kraftwerk just on orange, from Spoken word -> Brazilian afrobeat -> 5 hour Rap-saturday on Cosmopol and etc. etc. I'm exited.

Keep it up Roskilde! I'm exited about Ingrid, and hoping for another surprise Musical-Art Holistique experience next year.

Agreed! I thought Apparatjik was the highlight of last year's festival. It was so weird yet brilliant. If Ingrid can get even close to that level, it will be truly amazing.

Thursday night has sort of started developing into those unique experiences. Like Apparatjik last year and in 2009 the Trentemøller show... Based on that, I actually initially thought Kraftwerk would get the spot, considering they're bringing a sort of unique electronic show to Roskilde. But hey, Ingrid might be just as good!
