Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

totally sure! we had no real winter, so why should we have a real summer? would be totally undeserved.

The only certainty is that is going to rain tons of beer and it will be mostly awesome with a small chance of hangovers during the festival. A massive hangover will most likely follow on Tuesday after the festival.

I'm sure it will rain thousands and thousands litres of urine this year. That's the only thing I can be sure about this years rainfall.

The three-month forecast for May, June & July

View issued Friday, April 11, 2014 .

Ahead lies an average Danish summer by passing low pressure from the west and south . Weather pulls a little to the nice and more stable side - especially late in the period.

In May , June and July , there tend to be progressively more stable weather as the summer progresses. On the other hand, there is no prospect of chronic high-pressure blocks with stable weather over time. On average summer however, appears to be slightly warmer than normal .

May can offer a bit of everything . The month is expected to be most affected by low pressure from the west and will probably be slightly above normal in terms of precipitation . But sometimes it can also be more stable for a few days . Temperature -wise ends in May near or slightly above normal with predominantly south or southwest wind directions.

During June and July there is a tendency to a higher pressure over the west and southwest Europe. It can sometimes throw a højtryksryg over or south of Denmark . The dominant wind directions will be mostly western or northern . It's not too bad in the summer, although the weather so rarely completely stable . The air from the west and north are rarely very hot, so the sun will have a lot to say and daytime temperatures are still quite fine .

The signal in the forecast with higher pressures south and southwest of Denmark amplified gradually through the summer . This may indicate that as of last year will experience quite stable weather at times , but we also occasionally will see the low and front passenger .

The temperature in June and July will then be slightly above normal. As for precipitation , so it seems that we end up near or slightly below normal. This view summer 2014 seems precipitation wise more like the summer of 2013 than the previous very wet summers.

The true high temperatures seem to be found south of Denmark , where there is also a tendency that the temperature will be slightly above normal. Days with southerly winds will therefore bring the temperature in Denmark wide.

It should be noted that the forecast for the next three months are interpreted on the basis of gross average over a long time.

Bumping this one. Is there a prediction for a month ahead? If so, could someone dig one up as my danish is still limited to "skål" and "fedt".

News from DMI:

In English:

In early July (week 27) there is a stronger tendency to slightly more stable weather. It seems like a low pressure area over occurs between Iceland and the British Isles, which allows for high pressure ridges from the continent up to Scandinavia and the Baltics. The most likely is a predominantly westerly to south-westerly airflow clouds with some sun, some rain showers and around 20 degrees. For a while, a high pressure ridge provide sunny weather with 20 to 25 degrees, but the details are very uncertain.

I know it's not a total overview, and that the forecast is far from accurate, but starting today, you can start to see the long time prediction for Roskilde on DMI:

On Accuweather you can see for the full week already, although you might have in mind that it's not accurate. But it seems like we are going to get a bit colder summer, than we are used to. Not nice!

Hopefully, it will be sunny and quite warm, as this year, we've added softice(!) as a product on the burgerjoint in East and West. Plus fries!

Nothing like a nice portion of fries to keep you cool in the hot sun...

HAHA!
But seriously though. Great with the fries, i'm all for more vegentarian fast-food options, when you just want something fast, easy and salty to cure the hangover.

Who's guessing? We're looking at the forecast, links further up. Sure, they're not that reliable yet, though.

As a vivid follower on DMI, I can say for certain, that they've been very inaccurate for the last month or so - even on a day-to-day basis. Just look how much every day's weather has changed since yesterday. What I guess we can expect for the queue is a shower, big or small, and a mixture of clouds and sun.
