Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

I really miss some funk-music at Roskilde! It will make people dance and create good times - whether you know the music or not!

Jamiroquai have a new album coming up - they are touring Europe in July. It would be so awesome at Orange friday evening!

I know this video is from 1995 - but as far as I've heard, they'll return to the old-school funk in their new shows (and album as well).

I've been wanting Jamiroquai for ages at Roskilde!

But IMO they would be a better fit at Green / Arena - could be a really intimate experience.

Jamiroquai at Arena would be the most awesome thing! But sadly not very likely...

Jamiroguai would be awesome, but also some of the old funk masters would be cool to have.. like Graham Central Station, Earth, Wind and Fire, Sly and the Family Stone.. all touring this summer

Jamiroquai would make Roskilde complete already now (in my oppinion at least) But the other funk bands would be awesome too!
Jamiroqaui represents so many styles as jazz, funk, pop, soul and sequenzes of hiphop/electronica(dynamite epspecially), and that is in my oppinion what Roskilde is all about, so Roskilde, PLEASE!

@Jeppe Grand

Couldn't have put it better myself. I just can't stop thinking that the Roskilde bookers never even consider a band like Jamiroquai. I really hope they will turn up, but if not, some sort of funk-music is needed.

One of my friends who work in a recordingstudio in the UK just listened to some new Jamiroquai demos... his only comment was: It's phenomenal, it's back to the old days!!

Funk us up please Roskilde!

(I know I'm pretty much the only active guy in this thread icon_smile.gif )

Not a single funk-band in this years line-up... and we have Jamiroquai touring. Incredible! banghead.gif
