Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Could the old guys be a possible headliner this. I know they never play festivals, but they are strongly rumored to play Glastonbury next year. If that happens it might just be a one show of like U2 has done a couple of years ago. But Roskilde can always try to lure with the ability of letting the guys play on their old stage.

I know it is a wild guess, but on the other hand, who had thought of ever seeing Bruce playing Roskilde?

I would love to see Rolling Stones again.

But I am afraid they would be one of those bands that would sell too many tickets to the wrong audience. I mean. I dont want my parents generation to buy all the eight day passes and then only be there for one.

But then again. RS is highly unlikely.

Money grubbing whores! If they where ever booked, it would be better to donate whatever inflated fee they would be charging directly to charity.

My biggest regret is, that even tho they are such sellouts, i fear their gigs are still awesome, kinda like u2...

Finnish TV showed their 50 year-anniversary gig couple of days ago. Although I´m a big fan and never saw them, I´ll have to say that they we´re pretty tired (as were U2 the last time I saw them also). So if it costs money and wouldn´t be for charity, I´d say no thanks for both of them. Get Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits or Bob Dylan instead.
