Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

radiohead
kaiser chiefs

i would say that there is a possibility in a few of those bands attending but there is no link to coachella, and guessing by the fact that roskilde already has 3certain headliners in cure bjork and the boss, bon iver is a possible due to him headlining a lot of similar festivals it cancels out radiohead, atdi have made no hints at anything other then coachella yet, gotye florence and the hives will prob try play everywhere they can as they a are midbands that either need to push to keep there popularity or try and reclaim an audience, mazzy star may play as they are putting thereselves around for a comeback, black keys are already likely to be out of coming due to there copenhagen gig and noel gallagher we can only hope not.

For some reason I think The Black Keys are very likely to play at Roskilde. I just think they are a very Roskilde-type band icon_razz.gif And they have a huge gap in their tour schedule during Roskilde.

And they are awesome live ! Saw them at Oxegen festival in 2010 and they were great !

Other Coachella artists who could be likely to come to Roskilde: M83, hopefully some Ed Banger artists (Justice, Breakbot, sebAstian...), Feist and maybe Wild Beasts.

Ok cross out the Black Keys, they are playing in DK before Roskilde.
But DJ Shadow is also a possibility ! That would be awesome !

good response. however the link between coachella and roskilde is that bands can start the festival season in usa at coachella as a warm up and then hit european festivals. i did not know about black keys playing copenhagen, so that does throw them out.

as far as the headliners go.... i see it this way:
thursday - bjork or yet to be announced dance act
friday - 22:30-bjork or yet to announced band, 1:00-the cure
saturday - 22:30 - the boss (this i would almost be certain as i look at his other tour dates), 1:00-the cure (if not on friday
sunday - 19:30-boniver, 22:00-yet to be announced band

I just wish that Roskilde would book Jeff Mangum already. He's the infamous legend that the festival needs.
