Me too, did they really suck?.
Who played with them last time?
I know some friends who saw them in Copenhagen last year, they said it was mental.

Wu-tang weren't crap.. It was fuckin ill!
They came on stage, 7 of them. Ol' dirty (of cause) and Methodman were the only missing persons.. They played all the classics, and as i witnessed it, every single person in the audience, jumped around and acted mental, rapping along on all the songs.. it was hiphop 101 all the way through. And yeah they talked about weed at some points, and Rakwon did forget some of the text, whereafter they laughed about it, but thats how a good old wu-tang hiphop concert should be.. And after the show, i think almost in 5 minutes, the whole Wu-tang crew stood out in front of Vega. Talking and drinking with people. Me and a friend were even invited at the backstage room, talking with raekwon and u-god, and had some of their wine and stuff.. people that did not like it should go watch lil wayne instead.
And i really hope for some better hiphop names (: and it doesn't have to be raw and clean hiphop, but maybe with some jazz, funk or simply sophisticated or melancholy sides. That would be great.
Peace Love and Colours, folks. <3 See you at roskilde 09'over a beer.

i guess its meant as, If you think that a concert where every body jumps around, acting mental, if you think thats a bad concert then maybe the more child like hiphop as Lil Wayne(or Big Weezy) will be more soothing for your taste

Yes, because jumping around and acting mental is the opposite of child like...
One voice liked the concert, most here thinks it was terrible. What you two are saying is that because we didn't like Wu Tang (the concert) then we must be Lil Wayne fans. Ridiculous argumentation

no and actually Silhouettes concert wasnt even at roskilde, its was at vega
and it wasnt just the jumping, it was also that they did what you expected from them, i wouldnt attend a Wu Tang show and expect a WOW THAT WAS MY BEST CONCERT SO FAR- feeling then i would go to a Jurrasic 5 gig(which is a dream ) but if i attended a wu tang show i would expect them to start a party, weed, booze.
(ps. Ghostface Killah is playing in Lund and Raekwon in Amager bio both in May, see you there )

Dont know about the Roskilde concert, wasn't there.
But saw them in Copenhagen last year. It was dope. The gods of hiphop.
Unfortunately Ol' Dirty Bastard died in 2004. Same year as the Roskilde concert. And Wu-Tang isn't the same thing without that crazy motherfucker.
I would love Wu Tang to come to Roskilde again, but not headline, not without ODB.

Well, what i meant was that if you don't like a hiphop concert with wu-tang, clean damn hiphop, you might as well go watch a lil wayne concert. And i really don't think that wu-tang clan should be a headliner, or at the Orange Scene. They're made for something like Cosmoplitan, that would be they only right place i think, or maybe Arena i don't know.. I just gotta ask why the concert was that bad? what do you really expect when you go to a wu-tang concert? like my man Dave said, you don't go there to see a bunch of mr. best friends/happy guys, only interrested in holding eyecontact with you, because you might get sad otherwise. And if the sound were bad? well then i hopefully hope you've heard their songs, thats a part of it. And 8 black guys on a stage together? man it can almost only go wrong, but they managed to let eachother have their own time and words. And they even tossed a few joints down to the audience, not that its something important for a concert but it worked out cool.. and yeah i saw some guys standing in the corner with their arms crossed, looking at other people like we were animals, but you know if they wanna go to a concert in that way its not my problem.. but okey, you did not like the concert, and luckily we're all different, but you saying my argument was bad, makes me wanna hear your argument for the ''They played, they where crap. Next'' line..
peace & love. And the lil wayne part were my bad, you can't even call it hip hop. Or i would be ashamed to call it hiphop. And all this makes me sound like im only into crazy raw hiphop, a week ago i witnessed one of my favourites, Cunninlynguists in Lille Vega, and loved it. Cunninlynguists for Roskilde 09'! or Atmosphere.. And by the way i wasn't the ''one'' voice saying that it was a good concert.. just a reminder.. waffle puffle
