Friday 30 September marks this year's volunteer day in Denmark. Roskilde Festival wants to celebrate and say thanks to the 25,000 people who each year work at Roskilde Festival.

They work with everything from serving beer to putting of fences – each and every effort has great value to the festival. As we always say and always think: No volunteers, no festival. It is because of the volunteers that Roskilde Festival is what it is.

If you have ever been a volunteer at Roskilde Festival, this is a big tip of the hat to you.
