The winners of Monday’s Camp of the Day, is the rural Camp Farmer Dating. Here a group of feisty farmers – or inventive boys, at least – have settled among bales of straw and hay. A pink inflatable cow is flying above the camp as their landmark, and the stereo has the shape of this animal as well.

Camp Farmer Dating has a speed dating session every evening at 21, and according to themselves, the girls flock around them.

The combination of hillbillies in overalls, speed dating and bouncing beats from the solar driven stereo, has proved to be the recipe for success that blew away this Monday’s committee, and Roskilde Festival hereby congratulate the winners.   

What is Camp of the Year?
Since 2006 Roskilde Festival has elected Camp of the Year. Every day during the festival week, the committee elects a Camp of the Day. Saturday 7 July the best of this year’s Camp of the Day winners is announced Camp of the Year. This year, 68 camps are participating in the contest.
