Bands who wished to be considered for Roskilde Festival 2013 could send biography, listening material and tour dates to ud until the end of 2012.
The application deadline for participation at Roskilde Festival 2013 has now expired. Applications received after 31 December 2012 will not be taken into consideration for the coming festival.
All applications received before the deadline will be among the selection of music considered for the coming festival. We do not reply to applications. Naturally, bands considered for the festival will be contacted.
Please notice, Roskilde Festival does not book cover/jam bands.
Each year we receive more than 3000 applications, and we only have room for approx. 200 bands on our stages, incl. about 45 acts on our stages for upcoming Scandinavian music. So, the chance of playing Roskilde Festival is very small.

The application deadline for participation at Roskilde Festival 2013 with an art og event project has now expired. Applications received after 14 December 2012 will not be taken into consideration for the coming festival.
Each year we receive many inquiries regarding future projects at Roskilde Festival, which is really cool!
The most important thing, when we receive proposals, is that they are possible to accomplish at the festival. It is important that you take everything into consideration regarding your concrete project when presenting it to us.
We put serious work into all proposals but can only proceed with ideas that are thought through and match our priorities and needs. The application must include a full project description including: project concept, budget, cast and why it would make a good audience experience.
Each year we see many proposals on projects we know from earlier years at Roskilde Festival. This is why it is very important to compare your project with other projects from Roskilde Festival to make sure that they are not alike.
