  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

I particularly like this quote from Roskilde.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND (US) are ready to take on Orange Stage this summer with a characteristically long concert full of golden rock anthems.

This means we will get the regular 3 hour Springsteen set!

Just noticed that while regular Springsteen sets on the tour are now 29-30 song (aprox 3 hours 15 minutes) the Pinkpop set last night was 'only' 23 songs.

Roskilde, please promise not to cut Springsteen down. I want the whole thing!

Some stats: Bruce and the band has played an amazing 92 different songs on the first 27 shows on the tour. http://www.setlist.fm/stats/bruce-springsteen-2bd6dcce.html?tour=Wrecking+Ball+Tour

Nice info, thumbs up

I hope he will play enough of the "old" stuff, as I quit hearing to his records after 1986...

PLEASE Mr. Springsteen give me THUNDER ROAD, BACKSTREETS, RACING IN THE STREETS, NO SURRENDER, BADLANDS... and I will certainly die if you play LOST IN THE FLOOD!!!

Anyway - I am really looking forward to his concert, no matter if 23 or 30 songs. alone his anouncement made me listen again to his great records from the 70s during the last weeks (after not having done that since more than 20 years)

skol, only 5 more weeks to go...

Bring a sign saying LOST IN THE FLOOD and you might get it as the tour premiere of the day! (maybe I should bring one too). The others there's an okay change of getting. Badlands is 100%

Bruce and the band played the second longest show EVER in Milan two days ago. 33 songs, 3 hours and 40 minutes!

However their 2nd festival job on the tour in Rock in Rio Lisbon was 'only' 24 songs, 2 hours 25 min, which probably more like what we are looking at for Roskilde.

I am looking so much forward to a great Bruce Springsteen-show starting 9 p.m. on Saturday the 7.th of July - at Roskilde Festival! The first time the man and his band has linked their show to a music-festival in Denmark (at least)..
Do you think that rumours are realistic, given to BT.dk recently - that Bruce and the band will return to Denmark during a prolonged Tour to give a concert in Copenhagen, (Parken) in May 2013?
In different fora i have heard and read great dissatisfaction especially amongst long-time fans, that Bruce this year has linked himself to Roskilde Festival and is not just giving one of his usual big-stadion concerts.
I, at the contrary, think that it will be a new and hopefully satisfying experience to hear him as one of many artists at a world-known music-festival - however he will surely still know how to make his own party with everybody who wants to participate in it!
But - my question is: have any of you heard anything about Bruce returning to Denmark in May 2013?

P.S.

Bruce + Roots + The E Street Shuffle (Jim Fallon show). Look it up at You Tube - it swings! I come to think at it as I see that The Roots are on Orange Scene at 5 p.m. and Bruce at 9 p.m. on Saturday the 7.th of July!

Too bad he prabably clashes with two of my other must-sees: M83 and Bon Iver. Hopefully I will be able to get to see just about an hour of his show then...

M83 and Bruce is not a clash. It takes less than 5 minutes from Arena to Orange if you hurry, and M83 probably wont play much longer than 1 hour.

Here's some amazing performances while we wait for Springsteen. I have yet to go and buy my ticket, but I know I will cave in and do it in the next week. Probably from watching recent performances on YouTube. Aye, such is life...

Point Blank, The River and an old one: The River performed on the Strøget (walking street) in Copenhagen.

Enjoy!

Nedtællingen er begyndt, og der 5 dage til Springsteen på Roskilde. Det hele er på plads, der er hvert fald lovet regn, regn og atter regn på lørdag, så det kan jo kun blive bedre end forventet med de varsler.

Counting down the days. 5 to go and everything's ready: they've promised rain, rain, rain, so things can only improve, right?

Here's a blog about a non-story on Springsteen and our prime minister published in Denmark today:

As you probably heard, Springsteen and McCartneys duets were cut short by the London police this Saturday.

For his next performance in Dublin Springsteen did everything but literally flip the finger at The Man:
