Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Weiss, you forgot one; Blood Command. They're not exactly metal, more like super aggressive hardcore punk, but they're way heavier than Volbeat, and I bet their leadsinger could beat the shit out of all of Kvelertak singlehandedly.

<chauvinist pig mode> Plus, she's hot. </chauvinist pig mode>

My must-see metal bands are Metallica, Slipknot, Hatebreed, Goatwhore and QotSA.

I may see Kreator, Anal Nathrakh, Volbeat, Solbrud and Suicidal Tendencies. However its possible that I can be dragged along to several others as well.

I think I will be busy with the metalacts, where Metallica, Queens of the stoneage, Slipknot, Kvelertak, Uncle Acid and The Sword are must sees and I like to see most of the rest if the schedule permits (unlikely since there are as many rock bands I like to see).

I have only seen Slipknot and Volbeat before, so there will be a lot of new bands for me icon_smile.gif

I really recommend that you prioritize The Sword! Would really be a shame to miss the very powerful performance they always garantee

Yeah, I saw them warm up for Metallica in 2008, and they were indeed very good. Have to admit that I haven't really listened to them that much since then though. I'll definitely listen to them a bit before the festival, and they may very well move up to a "Must-see spot"icon_wink.gif

EDIT:
I might just check out Ensiferum too! I find power metal to be extremely cheesy, but there is also a certain epicness to their music. It makes you feel like a warrior in Lord of the Rings. More humorous than actually good (my opinion), but could still be fun!

Yar-hahaa, monicon_biggrin.gif

Fanden gal'me!

Hahaha! Præcis ligesom en bombe, det Line-up. Ka-boom, mand!
