Quick guide for the search
- Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
- Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
- Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Hey everyone. As we did last year, we'll make a mixtape, only with artists performing at this years festival. Last time, we had a lot of help finding the awesome music that was on it. We feel we hit the vibe and the overall Roskilde-feeling pretty well, but that was because we had your assistance with the tracklist. We'd like to have that this year as well! I realize this is early in the process, and many many many bands are still to come, but we started taking notes and listening to the various artists, when the first ones where released, as it's easier if we get it done little by little, rather than all in one big chunk. So please, consider what you know about the various acts, which tracks and artists you feel would suit a project like this. If you need inspiration, you can check out the old thread here, and the final #rf2012 mixtape here Thank you in advance Kasper and Niklas aka Crap X Ræv Edit: Hmm, for some reason the link to the mixtape keeps forgetting a : in the url. So here's the direct url, sorry it's not as easy as just clicking https://soundcloud.com/djraev/crap-vs-raev-rf12-the-mixtape [This article was edited 7 times, at last 21.05.2013 at 01:28.] |

Oh, and just to start out, we're definitely gonna put in some Baauer (So far, Yaow, Harlem Shake and Higher are on the tracklist, but his remix of Prodigy and Move To The Ocean are also strong contenders) and some crazy Rihanna remix (Club Cheval just did one of Jump we really like, but still a long time to go). And Angel Haze - Werkin Girls (along with almost any other track she's made) is obviously also on the list C2C, Kvelertak, Queens Of The Stone Age, Slipknot and Action Bronson have also released some cool stuff we're checking out. We're really looking for all the hidden remix-gems that no one knows, along with the the most defining classics from the artists. |

Guys, we're really happy with all the good input you're giving us. So far we have around 200 tracks that we've checked out (before the final announcements) and the cool names just kept coming yesterday (we where looking forward to dropping something unreleased with Frank Ocean, but unfortunately not this time) Anyway, please keep the tracks coming. We're especially looking for quality remixes, collabs, mashups, bootlegs. Stuff that will both let people recognize a classic track, but also give them something new. Also, assistance with the hard rock would be really nice. We're looking for awesome riffs in particular. We've already got like 50 tracks lined up, but seeing as indie, hiphop and the electronic acts are the genres we deal with the most, we lack some expertise in the rock and world genres, so any help you can give us is nice. We promise to work hard, to try and give you something you will like, no matter if you're attending the festival or not and which genres you're into. |

Thanx dude! I'm pretty sure we're going with at least Volbeat and Queens, but we want something unknown to people not that into rock as well. Kvelertak's got a really cool sound. Omg, this mixtape will just end up being all songs by all Roskilde artists if i continue like this Aleg-One wrote: The Dillinger Escape Plan - Farewell, Mona Lisa.
