Quick guide for the search
- Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
- Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
- Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

1. Björk, 2007, Orange The storm going on around us only made the experience more intense. 2. The Ting Tings, 2008, Odeon The time was 12:30 but what better day to start the day? + I was in love with Katie White at the time. 3. The Streets, 2008, Orange Well, if you weren't there yourself you've no doubt heard about it. I've got nothing to add. 4. Robyn + The Prodigy, 2010, Arena + Orange Even though these performances were so radically different from one another, and didn't take part neither at the same time or stage, in my mind they are one. Such a magical evening! Might've got something to do with that excellent fair trade wine too, I can't really distinguish the transition... 5. Peter Doherty, 2009, Arena Haha, more lost and more fantastic then ever. |

I did actually dig up the program from 89, and it was Jason and Scorchers on the 19:00/Orange slot, dont know if they where a cancelled show or the replacement. E.N. was replacing Nick Cave, thats in the program. Still remember the crying goth girls when the notice was given in the ticket line... Roskilde actually do have Jason and the Scorchers, The Mustangs, and Gun placed on Wednesday in their history - I guess either to keep them out of the schedule, because they cancelled, or it's a mistake. More likely the latter, since none of them are on the poster that year, so they're more likely to be replacements. I guess one of the originally scheduled acts could have been The Replacements. I've heard the rumour of them being booked three times and cancelling every single one of them. But only ever confirmed two years (including 1989) that they were booked. Didn't know Edie Brickell cancelled that year either.  Lots to figure out still. But thanks for your help - really appreciate it.

Top 5? Well, hard but shows that are up there: - Oasis. 94 or 95 - Black Crowes 95 - Manu Chao - Neil Young 94 - Black Sabbath 98 - Keziah Jones 94 - The Strokes 2011 - Chemical Brother (their first at Orange) there a more, but those are the ones that comes to mind right now |
