Quick guide for the search

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Hi forum users and roskilde goers
This year I was volunteer in a campaign that intended to make the guests at the camping site aware that used batteries (of the A-types, not car batteries) should not be disposed of with the other garbage but should be disposed of at the towers or handed to the volunteers in the battery collecting campaign when they came by.
Monday in the warm-up period was primarily about informing and we were all wearing crazy battery-like hats and had flags and banners to make people aware of this.
I am curious if it worked.
Did you see us at the camping site?
And did the campaign work?

Disclaimer:
I was a volunteer in the campaign, I have not been involved in any planning and I have no affiliation with the festival organisation

I don't know anyone that uses household batteries for anything.

Thank you for the response.
There were used plenty of household batteries at the camping site, and both Tiger and Spejder Sport sells them at the festival.
In 2011 the festival collected 2000 kg of these batteries, hopefully we collected even more this year. We actually collected ca. 40-50 kg in 1.5 hours in the G area on sunday the 8.th of July.

Just like Saturnus I did not see you and don’t use household batteries. But sounds like a lot of ppl do, so hope it worked.
