Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

This is getting very out of topic, but here goes. From the website:

Not allowed
• common, lightweight camping furniture
• folding and leaf tables
• small deck and folding chairs
• sleeping mats
• white pavilions
• foam rubber mattresses
• living room furniture, e.g. armchairs, sofas, coffee and dining tables
• construction material of any kind
• generators and household appliances

Dette må du f.eks. gerne have med:

• almindelige, letvægtscampingmøbler
• klap- og autoborde
• små strand- og klapstole
• liggeunderlag
• pavilloner (mod depositum)
• skumgummi-madrasser

from the website, seems like you got the wrong webside.

Stop with the crap retards, write about the topic or don't write.

Saturnus, i don't know if you haven't seen my earlier post, but assuming we can't fix it ourselves and need your help, what would the price be?

Let's see if it's even something fixable but something comparable to a case of beer plus transport. Send me a mail jaggemamhotmail[dot]com

1 last question!

Our speaker is almost done. We got a problem with the Subwoofer walls, when we play high bass they move alot back and forth, is this good or bad ? Should they stay 100% solid or is ok that they bounce from side to side. Should we stablish them? or let them bounce

thanks and see you at Roskilde icon_wink.gif

movement = wasted energy

You should make the cabinet as rigid as possible

Thats not a good thing, you should really make sure that the cabinet is as rigid as possible to ensure proper bass response.. If your cabinet walls resonate a lot, much of your bass will be lost.. So make a few centerbraces and make sure that no cabinet walls resonate too much!

Our build is almost done, im just doing the last painting, but we want to add the option of charging phone and iPods from the box, which will have it's own separate car battery.

But I would just like to make sure that there is no problem with the planned wiring, which includes 3 "cigar" car chargers.

I was planning on doing it like this:

Is that okay, and should i add a fuse somewhere?

In advance thanks, and see you for a great festival!

It is always a good idea to put a fuse on the battery. 10-15A regular inline car fuse you can get pretty much everywhere will do nicely.

Hi Barslund,

If you in any way can reinforce the front wheel/steering, then i would suggest you do it. We had a similar Harald Nyborg wagon two years ago and lets just say, that it's not build for Roskilde's uneven terrain.

Just a heads up, since it's a pain in the ass if it breaks down in the start of the week, trust me icon_smile.gif

okay thx.

Can u tell mere where exactly it broke?

The totalt weight of the stereo should be around 80kg's where the wagon is rated for 100kg, but I have been driving it around a bit, and currently there is no problems with it.

But fortunatly we haven't planned to drive it around alot icon_smile.gif

Our Harald Nyborg wagon died last year, the very first day we arrived basicly :/

The drawbar (trækstang) broke off down where it's bolted to the wheel suspension.
When you pull it through the bumpy terrain you use the drawbar to steer and pull the wagon towards the direction you want to go, that is what wore ours down.

The weight of our previous stereo alone was not above 100kg, but with luggage and whatnot stored inside/on top of the stereo box we was probably way above..

Allthough we have aquired a new larger and more rigid wagon this year, i'd love to hear if you work something out icon_smile.gif

Hello everybody

I'm making a music wagon, got a budget of 1800 dkk, and was wondering if it's even possible. I'm making the wagon for a group of 16 people.
I already got a tripath class D amp, so the amplifier is not something I'll have to buy.

The wagon should also be able to play, if not the entire week, then with atmost 2 recharges.

gotta know if i have to make them pay a little more money icon_biggrin.gif

I would love to go for a ride on a 16 person music wagon. I can't help you with the technical spec, I sell shoes and listen to music and that is all.

You should be able to build at least a half-Boominator at that price.

You can also build the low cost version of the full one with GW1058 drivers and cheapo piezos around that price if you chose non-optimal quality plywood as well, I think.
