Quick guide for the search

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

This will be my first time after many years of wanting to come to roskilde.

I will be coming on my own as no one else wants to go, so I thought what the heck I might aswel go for it.

Hopefully the festival will be friendly to this lone traveller..

If you are openminded there are no problems by going alone.

Right now there is very silent on these boards, but when we get closer to the festival people starts to search for people for their camps.

Yeah as Anders says you should be able to find a camp on this board when we get closer to the festival. Plenty of people going alone from all over the world.
The Strangers (with Candy) Camp specialises in people who travel alone I think. Try looking them up on Facebook if you fancy finding your coming camp mates early.

You're right - Strangers welcome people coming alone! icon_smile.gif
Most of us started out that way. I did - will be my third year in the camp next year!
But honestly I have no idea how the camp is gonna be next year yet, as this year was slightly chaotic. Some plans in motion, so anyone looking to join is more than welcome icon_smile.gif
