So this is my list of what I fear Roskilde just might waste a substantial part of the budget on.
1. Hiphop in general
Hey. They cant even sing. Start a stupid rythm, and start swearing and bragging. Thats all it is.
Fill up what you need in this category from the CHEAP end, and just say you're booking the new and upcoming stuff (have we heard that one before  ?)
2. Bjørk
And if you really think you HAVE to book her for the 100th time, make sure I have somewhere noisy to hide in the same time-slot.
3. Killers
Once they were decent melodic rock. Now they are expensive mass-produced pop.
4. Daft Punk
Rumour has it, this error is being made as we speak.
I'm just saying my fingers are crossed you don't! 
5. Dont let anyone play longer than 2hrs.
Springsteen and Cure both erred in playing 3hr sessions last year. Its a FESTIVAL, just just give us your best 90 mins, so we can get out there and hear the rest as well!
They obviously left the favourites for the final half hour.

1.So shows like Malk De Koijn last year was a wast of money? Sure did´t look like that when seen all the happy ppl at the show.
2. Why do you think Roskilde would be booking Bjørk 2years in a row?
4. Why not book the most wished electronic acted that play why few live shows?
5. Most acts dont play that long. But hey it worked for Bruce and it have worked for Neil Young(did not see Cure) so can´t see the problem

1. well different taste are in the nature  I can't stand hiphop in general, but still glad they book some of it for the people that actually like it 
2. wasn't sunday evening a good spot then ? I mean time to go home ? maybe they just got two concerts for the same price so  I prefer having bands that doesn't catch my ear on sunday evening, too tired to stay anyway, so was fine by me
3. there last album didn't catch my attention so much. But would like to see them live so why not.
4. haha, yeah, don't think I'd like their music neither but I guess it would be just to see and say
5. kinda agree with you about that, I think for ex that Bruce Springsteen was quite enjoyable but at the end it was like never-ending for me.

You're right, and you're wrong!
I would like to see the best 90mins from Springsteen.
As it was, I left after 2hrs semi-boredom, and enjoyed Mutiny on the Bounty at Pavillion instead, together with 30 other people .
They did quite well. Too bad so many were kept at Canopy waiting to be rewarded for their stamina.
I would PREFER not to watch 3hrs of Springsteen. Could we please then be told when the final 90mins are starting?

1. Linkin Park Boring
2. Limp Bizkit Boring
3. Muse (They have played too many times at Roskilde)
4. The Killers Boring
5. Rammstein Boring
6. Kings Of Leon Boring

If you left Cure before the last three songs, you would miss "Boy's don't cry" ,"Friday I'm in love" and "Why can't I be you", their three biggest hits, and that would really suck.
I agree with 5, but for the rest, I think, that with 170+ bands playing there should be room for your favourites bands playing even if Bjørk and various Hip-hop acts are playing.
But I would like them not to spend +25% on one artist, who I don't want to see.

No one is forcing you, so I am not wrong. Adults can make their own decisions regarding these things
It's part of the festival experience to have to make choices.

Radiohead awful live? Seems a lot of people have weird opinions..
Have you even seen Soundgarden since they got back?

1. Dunno, but I'd like to see him (but perhaps not as a RF headliner).
2. Radiohead are awesome live, I'd have no trouble at all seing them live again (apparently, they were awful when you saw them. Surely, it wasn't the same concert!)
3. Foo Fighters went on hiatus... QotSA, I would personally LOVE to see live. Neither of those bands do I think make boring music.
4. Well, I didn't see them in the 90s, but they were a bit disappointing at Download Festival this summer, IMO.

I saw Soundgarden back in January, and I can safely say that was my let down of the year concert-wise. I was really looking forward to finally seeing them, and it was just awful. I would've left half way through if it wasn't for the fact that I wanted to see the band after them as well (can't remember who, Kasabian maybe?).
So based on that, I certainly hope Roskilde don't waste their money on Soundgarden.
I don't agree with original poster on Radiohead - who I saw about 2 weeks ago. They are amazing live (in my opinion).
In addition to Soundgarden, I would also like to not see Red Hot Chili Peppers at Roskilde. After their concert in 2007, they are not worthy of any orange money. Even though, it's been over 5 years, I just can't imagine ever welcoming them on to that stage again. I know this may seem childish as a lot of new people are coming to the festival who weren't there in 2007 and who would love to see them. But in my opinion, you should see them somewhere else.
And I should add some comment to the thread starter:
1. I'm not a big fan of hip-hop, but I don't see a problem with booking a bit here and there to keep the people who like that satisfied - as long as it doesn't completely take over the lineup and takes all the money away from the music I do like. I don't like a lot of metal, but I don't complain when bands like Iron Maiden, Slayer, Mötörhead etc. are added to the lineup as I know how significant bands they are. Similarly I wouldn't whine if an artist like Jay-Z was added. I probably wouldn't see him, but I know how significant he is. A booking like OFWGKTA was a great booking. I didn't see them and hadn't planned on it either, but from what I heard so many people loved them, and I don't think they were very expensive to book either - so really no problem at all. Keep the people happy.
2. There's no way Björk will be booked 2 years in a row. When she played last year, she hadn't played at the festival in 5 years. I for one loved seeing her both in 2007 and 2012. She may have played a large number of times when you add it all up, but remember it's over a long period of time. I may be wrong, but I believe her last gig before the 2007 gig was back in 2001. With gaps like that I don't see a problem. If she's still relevant in 5 years - please bring her back again!
3. I don't think The Killers will be booked again. They have sort of gone too much into the mainstream pop genre, which Roskilde tends to avoid. You can probably find them at some of the other smaller festivals in Denmark. Skive Festival maybe?... However, if enough people requested them. Well, then enough people requested them and I don't see why you shouldn't book them, as they are pretty decent live. It'd be different if they were a terrible live act.
4. This part of your post is a joke. Daft Punk would be a booking of the century. They are continuously one of the most requested bands and have a reputation as one of the best live acts in the World. In addition to that, they very rarely play shows. If Roskilde ever gets a chance, they should grab it instantly.
5. Like someone said above, if you don't want to stay for the 3 hours, no one's forcing you. I loved every single minute of the 3 hours The Cure played. There's no way I would've traded that for a shorter gig. I'm not as big a fan of Bruce Springsteen, so I left after about an hour to go see some other acts. Hey, that first hour was pretty good, but 3 hours of The Boss would be too much for me. However, that's not saying I would've wished he only played for an hour. Did I miss some of his biggest hits, because I left early? Sure did, but it just wouldn't be fair on the thousands who loved all of the 3 hours. It's quite simple, don't like it - then leave. One of the best things about Roskilde - as opposed to other festivals - is that artists tend to play closer to a full concert set.

Oh, and by the way. Since you're requesting negativity, allow me to comment on your "wishes":
1. Shows you have little or at least a very narrow knowledge concerning music. First off, hip-hop does not equal rap, which is what i hear you complain about. Second, rapping is not SUPPOSED to be singing. RAP is short for Rhythm And Poetry, and as you may know, poems are not necessarily sung.
2. Shows you have little knowledge on how RF works. Roskilde rarely books the same artist two years in a row, and NEVER a headliner.
4. This emphasizes point 1. Daft Punk have been one of the most influential electronic artists in history, all the way up there with the likes of Kraftwerk, Orbital, The Prodigy and Goldie (I don't expect you to recognize any of these names), and repeatedly one of the most wished for acts at Roskilde. Also, they are an astonishing live act and very rarely play shows, so if we get Daft Punk to Roskilde this year it would be nothing less than legendary.
5. This emphasizes point 2. Stadium-size acts like Bruce and The Cure don't show up in Denmark to play for an hour and half or less. They have a massive crowd pull and will certainly keep fans satisfied for 3 hours. If you don't want to watch them for more than an hour, fine. I don't know what's keeping you from leaving. Also, as someone mentioned before me, making tough decisions is part of a festival experience.
