Quick guide for the search
- Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
- Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
- Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

I have a gut-feeling, that Jack White will be announced in 19th April (he´s playing werchter and all). Wouldn´t mind at all.. Would be another worthy headliner. |

And I don´t think we´ll get any more huge names, maybe Rihanna, but that´ll be it. But.. we´ll find out in a month. |

Jack White shouldn't headline. What has he done solo to deserve that? |

Last year's booking of Big Boi is comparable. If Outkast were riding hot on a new album they'd probably be a hiphop headliner. Big Boi alone could only sub. Someone in a different thread was speculating on her coming this year, so I got kinda carried away. Doesn´t really fit the profile.. Trolden wrote: Interesting! 5th july He will play in Hamburg. I would be surprised if he doesn't join the poster this year. - He is around at the time. - One of the bookers said that Jack White was one of the highlights at SXSW. - New debut solo album out. - 2007 was last time he played here, with The Raconteurs. I'll keep my fingers crossed! |

He's probably in the big April announcement. I think he'd headline. He's one of the best (if not the best) guitarist currently playing. To compare: If Slash played, he would surely headline. I think Jack White is in the same league as Slash. |

Also I don't think Jack White SHOULD headline (I do, however, have a feeling that if he will be announced he will also headline) I do think that what he did with The White Stripes is one of the biggest turningpoints in moderne rock music, and if they had played, they would most definitely headline. I just don't think he yet has done enough on his own to have the legend status it takes to headline on your name alone. |

My point being that all of his bands have been his bands (Jack being the mastermind on them). So I think he has a legend status already without his record even being published yet. |

If Jack White is to be considered a legend, when not even having released a solo album- then there is an incredible amount of legends out there.... What about Dan Auerbach then? Surely a legend by these standards. But obviously he is not, nor is Jack White. Great artist, but no legend. If Jack White is a legend, what does that make Bob Dylan, Neil Young and the likes, "Super, duper legends?" [This article was edited 1 times, at last 01.04.2012 at 19:13.] |

What I was trying to say was that he might be the most innovative rock-musician in the new millenium, and deserves a headliner spot no matter who is he playing with. |

Dave Gahan headlined in 2003 with only one album to his name which was released a month before the festival.. With 3 big headliners already this could be one of the small, yet great, headliners |

The fact that he plays a lot of old songs from White Stripes etc., is the reason I think he should headline. It would be another case, if I thought this would be totally different band playing. (I don´t think that Mr.Bungle or Phantomas should headline just because Mike Patton is in them´and Faith No More headlined). But we´ll see in a couple of weeks.. |

Jack White was White Stripes, their work can more or less be considered his work. Meg would not be a legend, but jack sure is. Can't wait to listen to his album and begs for Roskidle to get him. |

He did, but he was billed as a headliner on the poster – just like PJ last year and My Bloody Valentine in 2008. |
