  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

Muse have just announced stadium gigs in late June and early July. Along with the stadium gigs, they have also announced that they are playing Werchter Festival. On Muse.mu (Muse's official site) they have announced more dates will be added soon. According to muselive.com (fan site), the more dates announcemebt is expected to include Denmark... Roskilde maybe?

Sorry to say this but i hope not because they have play too many times at Roskilde in last years 2000,2004,2007 and 2010. We need some new headliners or some bands who have not play at Roskilde for many years

I would always wish for Muse to come to Roskilde, but I must admit, that their newest album isn't very good, and I'm also seeing them play at Malmø in three weeks, so I don't need them to come, but I definately wouldn't mind it they came.

Muse are not playing at Werchter Festival, they'll play in the same venue but several weeks before. I guess they'll play after Roskilde, maybe Parken or Horsens. And it's ok for me after seeing them on 2004, 2007 and 2010.

^Right. After seeing that, it does seem unlikely.

I agree with all of the above. They have played plenty in recent years and their latest albums haven't been that great. I wouldn't mind them playing, but I can see why a lot of people wouldn't want them. Especially considering their current status, they'll be more expensive than ever.

I didn't want them for roskilde agian so soon, but now that the scandinavian gigs in december just got cancelled( which just ruined my day.), i certainly hope I'll be able to see them at roskilde next year.

I agree, they were not one of my give wishes, since I was giong to see them at Malmø on friday, but with their cancellation of that concert, I would really like them to come to Roskilde.

Some weeks ago, Muse wrote this on their Facebook-page: "Stay tuned for more date announcementes for in Germany, Norway, Finland and Denmark. A week ago, concerts in Germany were announced, and today Muse has posted dates for the concerts in Norway and Finland.

Imo, this must mean, that Muse will play Roskilde 2013 - they just have to wait for Roskilde to give them permission to announce it. Muse play in Germany the 12th of July, which might mean that they could be playing friday/saturday at Roskilde. I hope my theory is right, i would love to see Muse!

Muse are not playing Roskilde, so can we please stop with this ridiculous speculation?

A) The head of Pinkpop said that Muse are not playing ANY European festivals since they have the stadium tour.
B) Roskilde takes places when Muse are in Italy. They're not going to go to fucking Denmark to play a festival gig and then GO BACK to Italy to play the last stadium gig over there.

Stop speculating on something that obviously isn't going to happen. Muse screwed Sweden and Denmark over. It's done now.

This is the forum for speculation, so we can never speculate too much. But it seems that they will not play RF but instead a few weeks later, as they have announced, that danish tourdates will be announced soon (maybe in Parken).

What's the point when it's speculation about something that is 100% guaranteed to not happen?

You would be surprised about, what people speculates about here. If you wish for it hard enough, reality will stand in your the way of speculating about your favourite band playing RF. That the band has split up, headlined the previous year, is playing in Parken two weeks before RF or the artist has retired is not enough reason to expect them not to come.

So compared to that Muse is a valid speculation, since they are unlikely but not impossible, since they are touring at the time and have announced that they will play in Denmark next summer (but I would guees, that they play around 3 weeks after RF).

What is the point of discussing the weather? And what's the point in getting wound up by this?

It's all pointless and harmless fun to make the time go by.

Or maybe the lacking announcement is due to a festival-performance rather than a stadium-concert?

I really doubt it, nor do I hope it is the case. It's not in my personal interest to see Muse, as it wasn't in 2010.

Of course I'd watch them if there wasn't anything else worth watching on any of the other stages, but I'd like Roskilde to spend their money on something else that hasn't been there several times the last decade or so.

ACDC's link doesn't rule out any danish concerts, it just says it hasn't been anounced. And Muse latest update confirms, that tey expect to play more concerts in Scandinavia, which should be Sweden and Denmark.
according to thisthey hope to be able to announce additional gigs for Scandinavia in the near future.
But I would think that would be later than Roskilde.

Probably just playing Parken or something in Herning or Horsens. The calendar doesn't seem fit for a Roskilde-concert or any festival-concert for that matter
