Smoking Clad Students

Students from the past 60 years were swinging in the sun and brought four-part happiness.

On Saturday, 25 smoking clad students of ages between 19 and 80 years lit up under the tanned guests at The Oval with an untraditional four-part song. On occasion of the Roskilde Festival, the Student’s Choir served a more youthful show than ordinarily, and they merrily blared out rhythmical classics, such as ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ and ‘Barbara Ann’ to the great delight of the audience. After a happy choirmaster had directed the Student’s last song, the Choir encouraged young men with “a little songbird in their stomach” to attend an informal audition for the Choir, which today consists of sixty men.
