The final nightBy Katrine Villadsen Rasmus and Mischa, Østerbro, 23 og 25. Rasmus: "I've been coming here since I was 17, and I always stay until Monday. It just feels flat to go home on Sunday, and also, it's a great experience when everything goes crazy." Mischa: "Yeah. But there are some nasty elements to it as well. Last year I saw a girl get rescued from a burning tent. And at one point a guy walked through the area ripping tents apart with a knife. But if you just remember not to go to sleep alone and in the middle of nowhere, it's safe enough here." Ronan, Ireland, 24 "Banging-on-stuff-ritual... do you mean that Explosion Village thing?" It is Ronans second festival and he chose to come here again because of the fantastic ambience, which you cannot find at Irish or English festivals: "It's so great here that I've decided that I will never watch a concert unless it's at the Roskilde Festival!" the tired Irishman says happily and continues: "Sunday night I guess I was very drunk, so I didn't notice that there was anything to worry about. Otherwise I'll just take the train home at some point during the night." Synne, Copenhagen, 24 "I guess I took part in tossing around a few tents and walked around and enjoyed the burning containers a few years ago, but I no longer do. Since I moved from Jutland to Copenhagen, it has become much easier to go home as soon as Sunday. Also, this year, there really isn't anything in the music programme keeping me here..." 1.
