Roskilde Festival has the most creative audience – so why not let you design the official Roskilde T-shirt for 2014?

Sign up for a challenging and rewarding design contest. The winning design will be part of our merchandise collection and will be sold in our webshop and at the festival in a male and female T-shirt. The official T-shirt is always the best-selling T-shirt at the festival.
The layout of the design is entirely up to you. You can draw by hand, use photos or create a graphic design. Think Roskilde Festival into your design - this might include using musical elements, the orange colour (Pantone 151 C) or whatever you associate with the essence of the festival.
We prefer the following to be taken into account:
- Roskilde Festival's name or logo can be part of the design (please notice, the Roskilde logo and Tuborg logo will be added to the final product no matter what). Download here
- The design must not include band names
- The design must be applicable to T-shirt textile
- If you choose to use text in your design, please use English
The only limit is your imagination so discover your creative side. Submit your design at email@example.com no later than 13 October 2013. We accept all standard file formats. Please include your name and address in the e-mail.
What can you win?
If you win your design will be printed on this year’s official T-shirt and it will be sold in the webshop from 1 December and at the festival. You also win two tickets to Roskilde Festival 2014, giving you and a friend the chance to experience your cool T-shirt design on other festival guests. Last, but not least, you get five T-shirts for you and your friends.
How is the winner found after the deadline?
A jury (consisting of people from Roskilde Festival and designers from our merchandise company) will select the finalists for the final round. We then put it to the festival-goers to choose the final winner.
Terms of the contest
Roskilde Festival reserves the right to make small changes to your design. Don’t worry, we won’t ruin it – but maybe small changes need to be done before it will be ready for T-shirt print. Rights to the winning design will pass to Roskilde Festival. Any profits earned from the sale of merchandise will, like all other profit from the festival, go to non-profit work.
