Lasting results in Mozambique

40,000 Danish Kroner from Roskilde Festival Charity Society creates life from farms in Mozambique.

By: Thomas Lenler Olesen

This summer Roskilde Festival Charity Society donated DKK 40,000 to the organisation Assist.

Assist is a non-profit relief organisation, which works in Kenya, Mozambique and on Sri Lanka. The organisation focuses on giving help to self-help in the form of projects that make lasting results.

Tine Hedevang Nielsen from Assist has just sent us this great photo gallery from the agricultural college WutomiAgri in Mozambique.

She also says that 2011 was a very exciting year with many good experiences for both students and employees at the school.

Read more about Assist and their great efforts here (Danish only).
