What does Roskilde Festival sound like?

We’re looking for an Official Roskilde Festival Ringtone. Compose it and enter the contest for two tickets + transportation to Roskilde Festival 2013.

If you should sum up Roskilde Festival in a ringtone, how would it sound? Of course, no one knows Roskilde Festival better than our own festival-goers. Now YOU can contribute with a take on Roskilde Festivals new Official Ringtone. You don’t have to be a jingle expert to join the contest, we welcome all compositions.

The tune must:
•    signal Roskilde Festival
•    have a duration of maximum 30 seconds
•    be an original composition (no sampling from other works allowed)
•    be in English if you use words
•    be freely used by everyone

You can use all kinds of instruments, sounds, voices or whatever you find fitting for your version of the Roskilde ringtone. Be creative and original. Come up with a unique tune, which you believe will be perfect as The Official Roskilde Festival Ringtone.

The contest closes 5 December 2012. The winner will be announced in December.

What’s in it for me?
Besides the honour, the winning ringtone will be launched as a free download gift from the festival to over 100,000 visitors, fans and whoever interested.

Furthermore, the winner of the contest receives two tickets and transportation to Roskilde Festival 2013 and a unique backstage tour + food and beverages.

How do I join the contest?
