Healthy, spicy and sinful. There is something for all tastes to be found in the approximately 145 food and drink stands. They serve many of the three million meals that are consumed during the eight days the festival lasts.

In the many food stands, at the festival, you can get everything from sushi and brændende kærlighed (burning love, Danish dish with mashed potatoes and bacon) to burgers and delicious beef straight from the barbecue. The selection of drinks ranges from beer and fizzy drinks to home made milkshakes.

Allergies
Are you allergic to specific types of food, you can always ask the people in the food stands about the ingredients used in each dish.

Gluten
All stands are required to have a list of their ingredients so ask in the stands if you have gluten allergies.

Vegetarian and vegan

All food stands have at least one vegetarian dish on the menu. So, there should be ample opportunity to get a vegetarian meal no matter where you might be.

Are you a vegan, you can, at any time, ask the people in the food stands about the ingredients used in each dish.

In addition, there are several food stands in the Food Court that exclusively offers vegetarian and vegan dishes.
