You can buy your ticket at www.ticketmaster.dk/roskilde/en or go to one of the following local sites where you also find tickets to Roskilde Festival. You will be transferred to Ticketmaster.dk when purchasing the tickets.
Sweden: ticnet.se (ticketmaster.se)
Norway: billettservice.no (ticketmaster.no)
Finland: lippupalvelu.fi (ticketmaster.fi)
Netherland: ticketservice.nl (ticketmaster.nl)

I won’t be using my tickets anyway. Can I get a refund?
No, the purchase of tickets is not subject to any right of return. Tickets will only be refunded if Roskilde Festival is cancelled, which we don’t expect to happen. Danish legislation does not give any right of refund on tickets. It is, however, legal to resell tickets as long as they are not sold for more than the amount you paid for them. My ticket has been stolen. Can I enter the festival anyway?
Yes, you can. If you contact Billetnet before the festival starts, we can send a new ticket to you.
At the same time we cancel the ticket that you have lost. Since all barcodes are unique, the ticket thief will not be able to get in with the stolen ticket. You have to pay a cancellation fee of DKK 50 + DKK 20 in service charges for the new ticket. If you have had your ticket stolen, you can report it to your insurance company as some insurance companies reimburse your costs for a new ticket.
Why is my credit card declined at Ticketmaster.dk?
For security reasons, some foreign credit cards cannot be used for payment on Ticketmaster.dk. Historically, Billetnet has experienced that cards issued in certain countries are frequently connected with fraud. If your credit card is repeatedly declined on Ticketmaster.dk, please contact our Service center at phone +45 70 15 65 65 to get an invoice.
Why do I pay a fee to Billetnet?
When you buy tickets through Billetnet, you will find that fees have been added to the price of your ticket. Billetnet always endeavors to make it both easy and cheap to buy tickets, and also offers personal service to those customers who need it. Billetnet’s only earnings on tickets are from the fees. Buying a ticket includes one or more of the following fees:
- Administrative ticket fee: In general DKK 20 per ticket that must always be paid – regardless of how and where the ticket is purchased. The administrative ticket fee covers all Billetnet’s services for ticket sales and handling (ticketing system, development, website services, customer service, etc.).
- Shipping fee: DKK 25 per transaction to be paid if you choose to have the tickets sent to you by post. If the tickets are sent abroad, the cost is DKK 35. The fee covers packing, postage and any reprints if the letter gets lost in the post. If you choose TicketFast we will email your tickets to you. There’s no shipping fee on that.
- Credit card fee: All ticket sales made online via Ticketmaster.dk or Billetnet’s Service Centre includes a credit card fee. The fee depends on which credit card is used and the amount. The card fee covers the cost of the card issuer and the transaction made via online purchase and it’s the same amount Billetnet is being charged.

I bought a ticket from another person. When I arrived at Roskilde Festival, I was told that the ticket had already been used. How can that be?
If a person can show a receipt of purchase and a photo ID of the person who bought the ticket (i.e. a personal appearance), this will cancel the previously issued ticket and a new ticket will be printed. It is normal procedure and one of the reasons that we always warn people against buying a ticket from private sellers and other unauthorized parties. Please read this page regarding ticket fraud and counterfeit tickets: www.billetnet.dk/fraud
If your complaint concerns the festival, please contact Roskilde Festival directly at info@ or (+45) 46 36 66 13 roskilde-festival.dk
