Win novel about Roskilde Festival

New Norwegian novel is about – and is called – Roskilde. Participate in our competition for 5 books.

Music festivals change lives. It is as simple as that. No one, who has been at Roskilde, can have any doubt as to what festivals mean to young people in general.

And no one, who reads the novel Roskilde, should have any doubt as to what the place means to the author behind it, Linn Strømsborg.

These are the words of the Norwegian publishing house Flamme Forlag that has just released a novel with the easily recognisable title Roskilde.

The author Linn Strømsborg has been at Roskilde Festival since 2004, and her debut novel is an attempt to describe the sensation of happiness that you experience at the festival.

  • On Flamme Forlag's website there is an extract from Roskilde (only in Norwegian) in which the main character passes three men who are listening to the festival radio. Which artist is playing on the radio?

Send your answer to competition@(delete this text from the mail address)roskilde-festival.dk before Monday 5 October. Remember to include your address. The five winners are directly notified.

You can also buy Roskilde directly from Flamme Forlag's website. The book price is NOK 249 / € 29.

Please notice, the book is available only in the Norwegian language.
