Fundraising

When your company buys a Special Treatment arrangement, you are helping to fundraise. Roskilde Festival does not benefit to hold Special Treatment events, but distributes the full amount according to the association's mission statement.

Roskilde Festival Charity Society distributes every year to humanitarian, cultural and community service work to benefit people worldwide. Look who we have supported over the years here.

Festival representative

A festival representative will be attached to your company. He will be responsible for ensuring that your company receives the agreed service.

If you have any questions during the event, the festival representative will give you an answer quickly.

After the festival there will be an evaluation of the visit with the festival representative.

Check-in

Avoid the queues when getting your wristbands and get the best possible start at this year’s Roskilde Festival. Your festival representative will ensure that you get the Roskilde Festival wristband fast and easy.

Parking / drop-off / pickup

If you a travelling in common transport, taxi and bus drop-off/pickup can be done nearby the Guest Center at Roskilde Business College (adress: Bakkesvinget 67, DK-4000 Roskilde). Time for drop-off or pickup can be agreed with your contact person.
