Quick guide for the search
X

  • Wildcard-Search
With the help of a so-called wildcard you can look for several search words, which have the same word beginning. If you search e.g. for "Typo*", the search will find everything that begins with "Typo" : Typo3, Typoscript, Typocode, Typo3user... etc.
  • Negative search
If you do not want to find certain expressions in your search result, you can cause this with placing a hyphen in front. Terms containing this phrase are excluded from the search result.
  • Search for user
It is possible to limit the search result on answers of certain users. In addition to the retrieval query attach still another "user:username" and find the results, which were written by this certain user. If the username could not be found this will be ignored.

But between the lines, they much rather want creativity instead of size. Besides that, they describe the max. volume to be 84 DB. Even if you wan't to go to the DB-limit you don't need 500 kg.

Just my advice: Do not make such a big sound system. As Roskilde says go creative instead. It's not worth it, and it annoys a lot of people if they can't hear their own music because your 500 kg monster is around.

EDIT: But I guess it's not illegal.

I saw a horse carriage soundsystem or something like that last year, so you can go pretty big. Camp Luksus have a huge fucker of a system as well.

quality over quantity. If you go big it´s gonna eat batteries, and those recharging lines are horrible.

My sound system with large horn loaded cabinets, is one of the reasons for the high weight. In addition, the heavy batteries which can be charged a short drive from the festival site. It's still quality and it sounds good. Do not worry, everyone is happy when we are in the neighborhood. : D We have also decorated the system because we want to be creative. See you at Roskilde! icon_biggrin.gif
