until Roskilde Festival 2015 - 27 June to 4 July
Thursday 31.10.13

A new season has started

The ticket sale for Roskilde Festival 2014 has opened today.

Reserve the dates 29 June - 6 July 2014, the week of Roskilde Festival 2014. And we’re early starters because the ticket sale is open from today.

The price remains the same
The ticket price is the same as last year. The week-long Roskilde experience costs DKK 1910 (incl. fee), approx. 255 euro, and regular camping is as always included in the price.

Buy your ticket with Flexpay
As something new this year, you can divide your ticket purchase in several micro payments. We call it Flexpay. With Flexpay you can pay one bit at a time – when you want. Each bit is just DKK 189 (25 euro). The only requirement is that you start paying before March 2014 and that you’ve finalised your payment before 1 May 2014. But why not just start today?

Look forward to two new stages
We can already now present two new stages. The new open-air stage Rising will send upcoming Nordic music directly to your neighborhood at the campsite. Here you will meet artists who have yet to attract the large crowds.

We transform the festival site by saying goodbye to the stages Cosmopol and Odeon. Instead we welcome the new stage Avalon, which will be both intimate and epic. Avalon has a capacity to invite 12,000 to party but intimacy will also be preserved under the tent when smaller acts attract the chosen few.

Let yourself be lifted up
We also confront you with hundreds of art projects and lots of fun and as well as unexpected experiences. When 130,000 people get together for a week-long international celebration of music, art, co-creation and freedom, nothing is like you imagined it would be. You will be lifted up and awestruck by what we call the orange feeling – the unique Roskilde feeling that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

And the music? We're not ready to announce any names yet, but we're working hard on getting there.

Roskilde Festival is 100 % non-profit and created by dedicated volunteers. We donate all profits to cultural and charitable projects. So when you party at Roskilde Festival you are making a difference and improving the life of other people in the world.
