Next stop: Roskilde Festival

For many, the train station is the very first glimpse of Roskilde Festival – and the final stop before reality kicks back in. This year, we’ve given it a serious upgrade.

SCROLL DOWN

A station with purpose (and personality)

When you step off the train this summer, you’ll arrive at something brand new. Roskilde Festival now has a redesigned station – built by architecture students and carpentry apprentices with a strong focus on sustainability and community. The station is made from recycled materials and will be taken down after the festival – only to rise again next year. Pretty clever, right?

More than just a platform

This isn’t just a place you pass through – it’s a real gathering spot in the middle of the festival city. It’s where the journey begins. You’ll find clear signs, DSB staff on-site, and up-to-date info on arrivals and departures to make your arrival smooth and easy.

Jump on the train and let the journey begin

Over 110,000 people travel to and from Roskilde Festival by train every year – and we hope you’ll be one of them. It’s easy, it’s climate-friendly, and honestly, it’s one of the best ways to kick off your festival. Just take the train from Roskilde Station and hop off at Roskilde Festivalplads Station – and you’re almost home.
