With songwriter, producer, and singer Dayyani, Denmark has a new world-class pop artist.
With a string of strong EPs and singles – including several that have been hits on Danish national radio – she has set expectations high. In 2024, her debut album Recipe for Love was finally released, instantly cementing her status as a pop singer with great international potential.
Described by the artist herself as a tribute to all aspects of love, the album's wide-ranging musical universe includes classic pop bangers, R&B, pulsating club music and inspiration from South African house-inspired amapiano. On the album, she collaborates with, among others, producer Kooldrink, known for his collaboration with amapiano megastar Tyla.
The whole thing is enhanced by beautiful vocals and a fantastic stage presence, which we also got to experience when Dayyani visited Roskilde Festival in 2022, where she received critical acclaim for her performance. Since then, she has toured extensively with Ganger, whose latest album Pisk she can also be heard on. Now she's ready to embrace Roskilde Festival with a magnificent love tribute and an amazing show.
