Ukrainian rapper OTOY writes verses while bombs fall around him. He is both a soldier and a rapper.

When war broke out in Ukraine, OTOY enlisted as a soldier. Together with his fellow soldiers, he has fought and been subjected to both air attacks and artillery shelling in Kyiv and on the eastern front. At the same time, he wrote several songs that, according to OTOY himself, smell like bombs, dead bodies, and dust. Music became a way for OTOY to process his experiences with war and to call the international community's attention to what is happening.
