Access for media accredited at the opening of the Festival Site July 3 at 16.00
Media accredited individuals have access when Roskilde Festival opens the Festival Site at 16:00 Wednesday July 3. The opening and the arrival of the festival participants can be covered by the media from inside the festival site.
To gain access to the area as a media accredited individual, you must meet these criteria:
- You must have a specific editorial purpose.
- You must wear a valid access-providing wristband for this year’s festival. Press cards do not provide access to Roskilde Festival.
- You must wear a vest from Roskilde Festival. This vest is provided by Roskilde Festival. See details below.
- You follow the instructions from the area’s safety managers.
Meeting place and distribution of vests
Roskilde Festival’s press office arranges the distribution of vests and collective departure to the camp site.
Only a limited number of vests are available - max. two vests per media. If there are available vests before departure, these are distributed among the media with a need for additional vests.
Distribution takes place at Media Service at the press center on July 3 at 14:45.
Upon arrival at the site, the guides and the area’s safety managers instruct in the possible positions. These instructions must be followed.
After the coverage, the vests must be returned to Media Service before July 3 at 21:00
