After Roskilde Festival, we need to clean up the entire festival area so we're leaving it just as we found it. That’s why we need your help!

YOUR TASK:
The cleanup after Roskilde Festival takes several weeks. Once the machines have removed all the large objects, it’s your turn. We need to collect all the small bits of trash – tent pegs, plastic caps, confetti, etc. Your group will be assigned a specific area to clean and leave neat and tidy.
WHEN:
Cleanup will take place from Monday, July 7 to Sunday, July 20.
You can choose between the following start times: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 4:00 PM. You decide which day you want to come, what time you start, and how long you want to work. However, we require a minimum of 10 people for at least 4 hours.

MEETING POINT:
We meet at our depot: Vor Frue Hovedgade 6, 4000 Roskilde.
REQUIREMENTS:
There are no general age requirements, but in accordance with Danish labor laws, children under the age of 13 are not allowed to work and cannot be included in the payment calculation. Also the person responsible for the group must be at least 18 years old.
TERMS:
Since the work takes place after the festival has ended, there will be no food stalls available. Therefore, you must bring your own food and drinks. A toilet will be available on site. Roskilde Festival will provide all the necessary tools such as grabbers, rakes, buckets, bags, gloves, and marking equipment.
PAYMENT:
This work does not grant access to Roskilde Festival. However, we offer to double the hourly rate compared to the service associations working during the festival. In 2025, this corresponds to a rate of DKK 100.00 per person per hour. We pay based on full hours worked.
QUESTIONS:
It will be possible to register as an individual volunteer for the cleanup effort at a later stage.
