Guided tour for non-profit organizations at RF25

SCROLL DOWN

Roskilde Festival collaborates each year with over 100 non-profit organizations, which either take on a service task or run a food stall.

Is your organization curious to learn more about what it means to take on a service task at Roskilde Festival and become part of the community—while also raising funds for your association’s cause?
Then join us for a guided tour on Sunday June 29 from 13:00 to 16:00, where we invite new associations to come on board for the future of Roskilde Festival.

We invite you behind the scenes of this year’s Roskilde Festival, where you’ll get the chance to experience the festival spirit up close.

Meet Other Organizations and Learn from Their Experiences

During the tour, you’ll get a unique insight into what it means to be involved—and what opportunities it could bring to your organization. You’ll meet representatives from organizations that operate deposit return stations or are responsible for specific areas on the campsite. These conversations will give you a better understanding of the practical work involved, as well as the financial and social value participation can bring. Please note: the tour will be conducted in English if there will be any international participants.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and learn how to apply to become a partner organization for Roskilde Festival 2026. The tour ends with cold refreshments in our volunteer area, Volunteers’ Village, and you’re very welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the evening—perhaps even experience a live concert in true Roskilde spirit.

Please register by Sunday 15 June

Spots are limited. Each organization may register up to two participants. The tour is free of charge and includes access to Roskilde Festival on Sunday 29 June.

After the deadline, you will receive a confirmation email with practical details, including meeting point and schedule.
