GAMUCATEX has created a digital auto-battler card game, Tectonicus: On the Edge of War, and are dedicated to developing games that encourage players to think about cultural and social issues.
GAMUCATEX aims to give players a broader perspective on the world through innovative storytelling and inclusive game activity. In addition, GAMUCATEX is committed to integrating sustainability into their business practices, game development and community engagement to contribute to a more fair, just and sustainable world.
GAMUCATEX has tested their solution at Roskilde Festival 2023
GAMUCATEX has been part of the Circular Lab in 2023 and will return to Roskilde Festival 2024 to further develop their concept.
In 2023, GAMUCATEX collected feedback from 96 participants at Roskilde Festival by letting them play their games while interviewing them. The main focus was on testing an energy-saving feature in the game. In addition, GAMUCATEX also gained insight into how they can make the game more engaging and user-friendly. An adaptation that will be tested at Roskilde Festival 2024.
