EMPOWERING CHANGE – IS THE WORLD GETTING IT RIGHT FOR WOMEN AND GENDER MINORITIES? JOIN US, AS WE SHINE A LIGHT ON RIGHTS AROUND THE WORLD

  • Monday 1 July
    17:45, Flokkr

Journalist and documentarist Sol A. Wendel will in conversation with Human Rights Watch women's rights researcher Sahar Fetrat discuss the current global status of women and gender minority rights.

The conversation between two of today's significant voices in the debate will focus on progress, challenges, and trends on topics such as consent, reproductive rights, sexual violence, discrimination, rights work, and activism. The conversation will be in English.

The event aims to raise awareness of the world around us and our understanding of rights from an international perspective. Hopefully, we will be inspired to imagine what a more fair future might look like and how we can get there.
